A QUIET RESET
“Is the life I am living the same as the life that wants to live in me?” [Parker J.Palmer]
ABOUT
Living from the ‘inside out’ is a way of life – if we choose it. It emphasises the importance of aligning our actions, decisions and overall life with our unique internal world – our own values, beliefs, intuition and sense of purpose.
It’s the opposite of living ‘outside in’ – where our life is primarily dictated by external factors – other people’s opinions, societal expectations or the need for external validation etc.,
I am inviting 10 people to 2 days and 1 nourishing overnight for ‘A Quiet Reset’.
Together we will create a ‘quiet space’, in a 300-year-old setting, and learn to be STILL. In that stillness – with an open mind & open heart – we will learn what it means to ‘go inside’ ourselves:
- To begin to listen to our own INNER COMPASS: trusting our gut feelings and making choices based on what feels right and true for you.
- To be truly SELF AWARE: requiring a deep understanding of your own thoughts, emotions, desires and fears – allowing you to identify what truly brings you joy & fulfillment rather than simply reacting to external pressure.
- To live AUTHENTICALLY: being your true, authentic self rather than a facade to please others. You are genuine in your interactions and actions because you are grounded in who you are.
- To have an INTERNAL LOCUS OF CONTROL: while you can’t control everything that happens to you, you can control your responses. Your happiness and well-being are not dependent on external circumstances but on your internal state and how you choose to perceive and react to the world.
- To be PURPOSE DRIVEN: where your life is not a series of random events but a deliberate journey towards a meaningful destination.
- To be truly RESILIENT: where your sense of self is nor tied to external success or failure, so you can weather setback without being completely disabled.
Living from the ‘inside out’ is about shifting your perspective from, “What others think of me?’, to, “what do I think of myself?”

I will be facilitating this Quiet Reset. Drawing on all the life-stories I have been privileged to be a part of, 20 000 hours, and all of who I have been & have become: the ‘priest’, the ‘philosopher’, the ‘managing director’, the ‘human resource director’, the ‘coach & therapist’.
All that I have learned on my own journey – I offer to you.
There are some kind & real words from people I have worked with on the
TESTIMONIAL page of this website.

WHY IS THIS ‘QUIET RESET’ SPECIAL?
LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE it allows space for each person and to ensure a more personal, inclusive experience.
This group will hold its own WISDOM – creating a space for SHARED experience & learning from each other.
In ‘the quiet’ we will gain TOOLS & insight to create sustainable change to live the life inside you.
45 minutes from Dublin makes it easy enough to reach & far away enough to feel – well, far away.
